As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Tim is uniquely positioned to assist fellow veterans and active-duty service members in navigating the VA loan process. He understands the importance of these benefits firsthand and is committed to helping military families make the most of the opportunities they’ve earned. Before entering the mortgage industry, Tim spent over 15 years in auto, RV, and marine financing, working directly inside dealerships and structuring deals from the ground up. This experience gives him a distinct advantage—he doesn’t just process loans, he understands how to structure them effectively, even in complex scenarios. Now as a Loan Advisor, Tim is focused on helping clients move through the home financing process with clarity, confidence, and a strategy tailored to their situation. Whether working with VA, FHA, USDA, or conventional loans, he takes a hands-on approach to ensure every client is positioned for success. Tim is committed to providing straightforward guidance, strong communication, and reliable execution from application to closing.

I love the great outdoors! Everything from hiking, going to the beach with the family, and boating, and so much more get me excited. Because of this, in my spare time I am developing an outdoor recreation lovers social media app called Wayfinder Recreation. While still in Beta test mode, I enjoy adding new places I get to visit and sharing with those memories with others.
