Baby Madison joined Next Wave Mortgage at an impressively young age, quickly rising through the ranks to become the company's first-ever Chief Joy Officer. While she may not yet fully understand what a mortgage is, her ability to light up a room and boost team morale is absolutely unmatched in the industry.

Her leadership style is unconventional but effective. She leads by example, demonstrating that a well-timed smile can close more deals than any rate sheet. Baby Madison's signature move, the "sunshine grin," has been known to turn even the most stressful closings into celebrations.

Baby Madison brings a fresh perspective to the mortgage world. She firmly believes that nap time should be a company-wide policy, that snacks should be available at all meetings, and that every Friday should be pajama day. The board is still reviewing these proposals.

When she's not busy running the morale department, Baby Madison enjoys a packed schedule of crawling at competitive speeds, taste-testing everything within arm's reach, and perfecting her world-famous belly laugh.

Baby Madison is also an accomplished babbler, fluent in several dialects that no one else can understand. She recently took up the hobby of dramatically throwing things off her high chair, which she considers performance art.

Her favorite thing in the world are her parents, Phil and Gabrielle, though she'll never admit it publicly because she has a brand to maintain. She is also a strong advocate for later bedtimes and firmly anti-vegetable.
