Addie Gardiner

Addie is a loan officer for Team RFG at Next Wave Mortgage. A graduate of the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst, she focuses on client communication, loan coordination, and creating an organized, efficient mortgage experience from application to closing. Transparency and fostering a genuine relationship are #1 in her book. As a second-generation loan officer, Addie offers a unique perspective and is able to communicate the mortgage process with clarity.

When Addie's not helping clients navigate their mortgage journey, you can usually find her curled up with a good thriller (Alice Feeney novels are a favorite) or following the twists of a true crime documentary. Growing up on Cape Cod, she's never far from the beach, and when she's not soaking up the sun, she's likely got a paintbrush in hand working on a watercolor piece, or burning off energy at the gym or on the volleyball and softball courts she grew up playing on. At home, Addie's in good company with her two rescue dogs, Molly and Bubba, and her cat, Sam. Fun fact: Addie once spent a summer volunteering across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, and Eswatini - setting off without knowing a single person on the trip. While there, she helped dehorn a rhino at an animal sanctuary as part of an effort to protect it from poachers. Whether she's reading up on the latest market trends or planning her next adventure, Addie brings the same curiosity, warmth, and genuine dedication to her clients that she brings to everything else in life.
